I'm getting an error message when trying to access surveys. What should I do?

If you are having technical issues when trying to access surveys, we first recommend resetting your internet connection and clearing your browser's cache/cookies. Please also be sure you are not trying to access surveys via extra tabs in your browser or via a bookmarked URL. We also recommend checking that your javascript and cookies are enabled and your browser is up-to-date. Does it work if you try a different browser or a different device? 

If you continue to have trouble after trying the above recommendations, please contact us at support@thriftypig.com. To help us better assist you, please include the following in your support ticket:

- a description of the error you are experiencing (including any messaging you see)

- a list of what you have already tried to do to fix it (so we can rule those out!)

- any screenshots you think would be helpful

- the device you are using, its operating system, the browser type, and the browser’s version.
